AUGUST 17
Crownsville, MD – With the inventory of homes for sale going down and prices going up, the state’s housing market continued to show signs of improvement in June, according to the latest edition of Maryland Housing Beat.
DHCD’s monthly review of the state’s housing economy has been redesigned so that it is more colorful and more accessible to anyone interested in a monthly statistical profile of housing in the state.
As in the past, data is gathered by DHCD’s Office of Research and Statistical Analysis from a variety of sources, including the National Association of Realtors and the Maryland Association of Realtors, Freddie Mac, the Mortgage Bankers Association and RealtyTrac.
The August issue, reflecting statistical data from June, is available on DHCD’s website or click here to download a PDF copy of the report.
