CROWNSVILLE- Today the application round begins to submit proposals on potential affordable rental housing development. Announced in January by Governor Martin O’Malley, Rental Housing Works is a $17.5 million initiative aimed at increasing the state’s affordable rental housing stock and creating jobs.
